Schedule is as follows:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday training sessions.
Starts:
Jan 4th- Monday
Training- 4:30 - 6:00
IMA #3

Jan 5th- Tuesday
Training- 6:00 - 8:00
ICA East

Jan 7th-Thursday
Training- 6:00 - 8:00
Training
ICA East.

Rinse, lather ... repeat until further notice

Practice field location -
1 - IMA Field # 3 is just north of the building (turf-practice)
2 - IMA Field # 1 is way north/east of the building (grass-games).
3 - ICA East Field is south of the IMA Building and East of Husky Stadium, it is labeled as the Outdoor Practice Facility on google maps (turf-practice).

Preparation for the season: In preparation for practice players should build their strength and fitness. Coming into practice in shape and ready to play will allow us to focus on the game.
