1. Eligibility: Open to incoming freshmen who are interested in attending the University of Washington or who have been accepted to UW and intend to play for the Husky Rugby Club.

2. Award: Multiple scholarships available, ranging from $500 to $1,000 per academic year.

3. Selection Criteria: Demonstrated rugby skills and experience, Athletic prowess and potential for growth, Leadership qualities both on and off the field, Commitment to teamwork and sportsmanship

5. The Husky Rugby Alumni Association is proud to offer Husky Rugby Scholarships to exceptional incoming freshmen who demonstrate outstanding athletic ability and a passion for rugby. This scholarship aims to support and nurture talented young players as they begin their academic and athletic journey at our university.

6. Selection Process: A committee composed of Husky Rugby Alumni Association members and current coaching staff will review applications and select recipients based on the aforementioned criteria.

7. Expectations of Recipients:
   • Maintain good academic standing (minimum 2.75 GPA)
   • Active participation in Husky Rugby Club practices, games, and events
   • Serve as an ambassador for the rugby program on campus and in the community
