Rugby is life, and life is a “contact” sport. By building community through sport, developing good character and resiliency, and connecting young people to a local and worldwide rugby network, we will always find community.
Rugby is not top-down – Coaches are advisors and facilitate skill acquisition. Player-to-player coaching and drawing leadership out of every player promotes good decision-making and autonomy under pressure.
Success is knowing you’ve performed at the peak of your capability in any aspect of life.

It's important to have clarity in our roles to develop great people and players, giving the tools to help people understand the "Why" we do things while giving players a license to be creative writhin our teams goals and play style. No ones bigger than the team, and the team is always a safe place to foster growth and acceptance

It is all about generational passing along critical life lessons, doing for others what was done for us/me. Creating and sustaining a culture of accountability, integrity and belonging to something larger than oneself is both an almost sacred opportunity and an absolute coaching necessity; it is also every coach's most important responsibility. Yes, I want to see every one of our kids develop as players, but the truth of it is that growth we work to develop in them comes from their deep inner growth facilitated by their playing experiences. Over time the scores of the matches fade, but the character development carries them through all the years of their life.

Inspire players to believe in themselves and to play the game the way they want to live their life off the field. Foster core team values: be accountable, be a family, be tough.
